Need a Translation?

1.- Contact us:

2.- Request an estimate:
Send us the document that you would like to have translated with the following form. We will prepare an estimate for you immediately.

3.- The inicial stages:
A coordinator will be assigned to process your requests and settle any related details. The coordinator will select the most qualified translator/interpreter according to his/her specialty and language combination.

4.- Advance payment:
If a previous contract does not exist, a 50% advance payment is required. Once this payment is confirmed or a contract is signed, we will begin the translation or coordinate the preparation for the interpretation services. 

5.- Service delivery:
Once the translation is complete we will send it to you in the requested format (e-mail, fax, standard or certified mail) or for larger projects, if requested, we can send the results progressively.

6.- Payment:
The service will be paid in full once the service has been delievered and the bill has been presented in accordance with the conditions established in the service contract.
