- Are university graduates with specializations in Bilingual Education, Linguistics, Communications, Translation and Interpretation, among others.
- Are specialists in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.
- Have a minimum of two years experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
- The majority are certified by the Cervantes Institute of Spain to teach Spanish as a foreign language.
- Are in constant training, taking courses, attending seminars and training sessions related to the teaching of Spanish.
- Are native Spanish speakers and know one or two additional languages.
- Are friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated in the teaching of Spanish.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the culture of Spanish speaking countries.
