INTENSIVE AND SUPER-INTENSIVE GROUP COURSES TERMS OF SERVICE
- Minimum age for admission in a Spanish Intensive or Super-Intensive course is 18 years.
- In case only one student is registered in the Group Intensive Course, the 04 hours of tuition will be reduced to 13 hours; and in Group Super-intensive Course the 06 hours of tuition will be reduced to 5.
- Students in the Group Intensive Course cannot change (bring forward or postpone) the class Schedule without previous notification and/or arrangement with the Registration Office
- No refund/class recovery for delayed arrival (after Monday) or early departure (before Friday) in an Intensive /Super-Intensive group course.
- No refund/class recovery for absences or delays during the Intensive or Super-Intensive course.
- A student enrolled in the Intensive or Super-Intensive Spanish course cannot change his course regime (eg. change to Private lessons) once the study week has started.
- In case of national holiday the missing hours will be recovered during the same week or following week according to school resources availability.
- Fees paid are not transferible to third parties.
- Students are not insured against illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal goods.
THE ADMINISTRATION
ONE-ON-ONE COURSES TERMS OF SERVICE
ONE-ON-ONE COURSE AT THE SCHOOL / STUDENT'S HOME OR OFFICE
- Minimum length per class is 1.5 hours and maximum length per class is 8 hours.
- No age limit to enroll in any One-on-One course.
- Package & hours can be used within 6 months after the purchase.
- No refund for untaken classes of a pachage & hours.
- Schedule Modification
- For One-on-One courses at the school premises any temporary or definitive change of class schedule must be coordinated with the Registration Office at least one week in advance.
- Provisional modifications to the One-on-One class schedule at student's home or office may be made upon prior agreement between the student and the teacher.
- Definitive modifications to the One-on-One class schedule at student's home or office need to be coordinated with the Registration Office (email at: registration.office@hispanaidiomas.com at least one week in advance.
- Class Cancellation
- Classes cancelled by the student may be recovered only if the Registration Office of the School or any of the contact telephone number receives said notification 24 working hours in advance by email at registration.office@hispanaidiomas.com
- Except for medical or family emergencies, any notification of class cancellation to the registration office, to the teacher or to any of the contact telephone numbers after the time established above (24 working hours) will be considered a class taken and will be billed accordingly.
- Classes properly cancelled in advance may only be recovered during the corresponding month and or until the first week of the following month.
