Need a Translation?

2. Request an estimate:
Send us the document that you would like to have translated with the following form. We will prepare an estimate for you immediately.

3. The initial stages:

A Project manager will be assigned to process your requests and settle any related details. The coordinator will select the most qualified translator/interpreter according to his/her specialty and language combination.

4. Advance payment:

A 50% advance payment is required for first time clients upon signature of Contract of Services. Once this payment is confirmed we will begin the translation or coordinate the preparation for the interpretation services.  

5. Service delivery:
Once the translation is complete, we will send it to you in the requested format (e-mail, fax, standard or certified mail) or for larger projects, if requested, we can progressively send the results.

6. Payment:

The service will be paid in full once the service has been delivered and the bill has been presented in accordance with the conditions established in the Contract of Services.
